One of the basic things I’ve learnt since my early ages is if I wanted to gain weight or build muscles I had to go to the gym and eat well.

There were three major reasons that prevented me from understanding why I couldn’t gain weight successfully: first, I hate going to the gym, because it was very tiresome and I couldn’t get the results that I wanted. Second, I hate to spend much time on the gym, I even love to spend my time hanging out, or with my friends, or just watching the TV or sitting at the computer.

The third reason was that I didn’t know exactly what foods are right for me. At that time, I also didn’t know why having rest was very important to build good looking and strong body...

Besides, nobody would like to give me the correct guidance and information that I needed to gain weight when I just started out, so I got disappointed, and, gave up for some time.

All these issues made me feel that gaining weight was a really difficult goal to reach, and unless I spend billions of hours inside the gym lifting impossible-to-lift weights, plus eating like dinosaurs then I wouldn’t be able to gain weight and building the body I’d always dreamed...
